Spencer R. Barnes

Spencer R. BarnesDedicated to helping individuals and families who have been injured, and in the worst of cases, have lost a loved one in an accident, Spence practices in all areas of personal injury law including auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, social security disability, workplace injuries, and riverboat and railroad injuries.

Spence is a 2004 graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil Humphreys School of Law, is a current member and former board member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association and is a former president of the Jackson Madison County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. He is also a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the Howell Edmunds Jackson American Inn of Court. Spence is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, and is a graduate of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Leadership Law Program. Spence is also a member of The National Trial Lawyers: top 100 & Rising Star for 2018 and 2019.  He was also selected by Super Lawyer as a Mid-South Rising Star for years 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Spence is licensed to practice in all Tennessee State and Appellate Courts, and in the United States District Court of the Western District of Tennessee.

Terri Crider

Terri CriderTerri has devoted her practice to helping individuals and families since 2005.  At Morrison and Barnes, she focuses her practice on all areas of personal injury law including automobile and motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, workplace injuries, and social security disability.

Terri is a West Tennessee native and a 2004 graduate of the University Of Mississippi School Of Law. She is a member and past President of the Gibson County Bar Association, a member of the Tennessee Bar Association where she serves as a board member of the House of Delegates, a member of the Howell Edmunds Jackson American Inn of Court, and is appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a board member of the Tennessee Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection.

Terri is licensed to practice in all Tennessee State and Appellate Courts, in the United States District Court of the Western District of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals.
